Steve Osler – CEO, Wildix

Graduated in computer science, at the beginning of his professional activity he was dealing with software development and analysis of human-machine interaction. In 1998 he founded his first business, Intellicode, which has grown over the years and is currently operating in the market. In 2000 he developed a new communication system, and then he has become project manager at Wildix, founded in 2005. He is currently Wildix CEO.

Shashidhar Reddy – Technical Marketing Manager, Citrix Ready

Shashidhar Reddy is a Technical Marketing Manager at Citrix Ready program. He owns the responsibility of technically verifying 3^rd party product’s compatibility with Citrix products. He has been working with Citrix for about 9 years now and carry the passion to indulge in technical marketing and partner relationships. Over his 15 years of professional career, he has worked with ADP and few start-ups.

In his free time, he likes to spend time with his children and his husky “Leo” and his rot “Cooper”.He likes to keep fit by playing badminton, doing Tabata and cycling.

Lukas Psota – Marketing Product Manager , 2N

Lukas started his career in 2N more than seven years ago. First of all, he worked at the Technical support, but very soon he joined the Product Management team where he was responsible for 2N access control solution. Both positions helped him gain an extensive technical knowledge about 2N products. Three years ago he was appointed Marketing Product Manager. His main task in this role is to present the benefits of 2N products to the customers and explain the reasons why is 2N a great partner for business. He is responsible for the content of internal and external communication, new product launches as well as trade shows preparation.

Lieven Kints – General Manager, Televic Healthcare

Lieven Kints is the General Manager of Televic healthcare. Televic Healthcare develops and manufactures high end care communication systems for the healthcare, nursing home and elderly care market. Televic Healthcare is part of Televic Group, headquartered in Belgium, employs over 1000+ employees worldwide, and maintains operations across Europe, Middle East, Asia and the US. Prior to joining Televic, Lieven Kints started in Cisco in 2001 as a presales VOIP engineer. During the years he held several business development roles and in 2007 he started his own company active in Videoconference As a Service (VAAS). End of 2013, he sold his VAAS company to a Dutch holding VisionsConnected and became their Sales director for Belgium, France and Luxemburg until July 2019.

Over 8 years of experience in the sale of computer hardware, software and professional services in various sectors of the computer industry. As a sportsman / competitor (Judo, KiteSurf …) my main motivation is victory, human relations, perpetual questioning and of course, gain. After working for 4 years at a Telecom wholesaler, I have now been with EPOS for more than 4 years. I have forged my knowledge as Channel Account Manager, and now I develop relationships with technology partners as Strategic Alliances Manager.

Rajiv Ramanan – Director – Startup Program and Technology Alliances , FRESHWORKS
