Das Rosy Hotel Leon d\u2019Oro hat sich deshalb entschieden, von den vielen auf dem Markt befindlichen Systemen, das Wildix Multimedia-System zu installieren \u2013 eine TK-Anlage, die interne und externe Kommunikation in der gesamten Organisation verwaltet und <strong>Unified-Communication-Tools<\/strong> zur Verf\u00fcgung stellt.<\/p>\n<p>Das neue System erlaubt dank <strong>Collaboration, der Kommunikationsl\u00f6sungen von Wildix<\/strong>, eine schnelle und einfache Kommunikation zwischen den Kollegen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barbara Agos, General Manager des R\u00f2seo Hotels<\/strong>, schildert ihre Erfahrung: &#8222;Wir haben ein gro\u00dfes Team, dynamisch und jung, und sie genie\u00dfen es, neue Technologien zu nutzen. Zudem ist es komplett in die, in unserer Organisation verwendete Software, integriert&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>CDR-View, das Wildix Steuerungs- und Analysetool, ist auch sehr hilfreich im gesamten Hotel-Management. <strong>Dank CDR-View ist es m\u00f6glich, alle internen und externen Anrufe zu verfolgen<\/strong> und damit konsequent das Anrufmanagement zu optimieren und die Kommunikation mit den G\u00e4sten zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Anrufe vom Zimmer aus sind eine der Dienstleistungen, die vom Hotel angeboten werden und dieses Tool erm\u00f6glicht uns eine gewissenhafte und exakte Geb\u00fchrenverrechnung. Das ist f\u00fcr uns ein objektives Instrument, um auf eventuelle Beschwerden ad\u00e4quat zu reagieren\u201d, sagt Frau Agos. \u201cDar\u00fcber hinaus hat Wildix Mobility Service unsere gesamte Arbeitsweise positiv ver\u00e4ndert.
