So sind Vertriebsmitarbeiter in Echtzeit f\u00fcr Chat, Anrufe, Videokonferenzen, Bildschirm- und Dokumentenfreigabe erreichbar.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigste Neuerung von WMS 5 besteht darin, dass WebRTC Kite nun als Tool f\u00fcr die <strong>Zusammenarbeit im Team<\/strong> eingesetzt werden kann: Vertriebsmitarbeiter k\u00f6nnen so Anrufe besser steuern bzw. im Team verteilen. Zudem k\u00f6nnen sie den Zugang zu Voicemails sowie der \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber verpasste Anrufe gemeinsam nutzen. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen Leads, Kunden und allgemeine Anfragen gemeinsam im Team abgewickelt werden, indem andere Kollegen einfach in ein laufendes Kundengespr\u00e4ch eingeladen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wildix k\u00fcndigt weiter an, dass beginnend ab WMS 5 das Framework <strong>React Native<\/strong> standardm\u00e4\u00dfig als neue Technologie in jedes Wildix Produkt eingebunden wird.
