El hotel est\u00e1 pegado a los antiguos muros de la ciudad y<b> cuenta con 76 habitaciones,<\/b> un restaurante con capacidad para 120 clientes sentados, una sala de fitness y un centro de bienestar. Es el punto de partida para muchos turistas que visitan las ciudades m\u00e1s importantes del V\u00e9neto, los Dolomitas y el Mar Adri\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>Una centralita Philips gestionaba los n\u00fameros internos de m\u00e1s de 100 empleados y el sistema DECT garantizaba la comunicaci\u00f3n en los pisos y entre todos los tel\u00e9fonos de las habitaciones de los hu\u00e9spedes.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00abLa PBX Philips ya era muy vieja y result\u00f3 muy afectada por una tormenta el\u00e9ctrica que la da\u00f1\u00f3 irreparablemente,\u00bb<\/i> nos cuenta Sergio Antonello <i>\u00aben ese momento, contactamos con nuestro proveedor, pero la soluci\u00f3n que nos propuso fue instalar otra centralita tradicional.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, Albergo Roma estaba buscando algo diferente, as\u00ed que contactaron con un Partner Gold Wildix con varias oficinas en Italia y otros pa\u00edses. <b>Este socio les ofreci\u00f3 la soluci\u00f3n innovadora que necesitaban.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>\u00abUtilizamos los servidores existentes en el hotel para instalar un PBX Virtual Wildix\u00bb, <\/i>explica el partner Wildix,<i> \u00abdecidimos retirar el sistema DECT y configurar, en su lugar, Mobility y las Apps para smartphones, que permiten al cliente gestionar la comunicaci\u00f3n entre plantas con m\u00e1s eficiencia.\u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Para gestionar internamente las reservas de habitaciones Albergo Roma tambi\u00e9n<b> implementar\u00e1 Kite en un futuro cercano.<\/b> As\u00ed garantizar\u00e1n a los clientes el contacto inmediato con la plantilla del hotel y har\u00e1n que el proceso de reserva desde la web sea m\u00e1s eficiente.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00abExcluyendo las posibles mejoras futuras, por el momento la instalaci\u00f3n es completa y el cliente nos ha asegurado que est\u00e1 plenamente satisfecho.\u00bb<\/i>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_icon icon_fontawesome=\u00bbfa fa-quote-left\u00bb color=\u00bbcustom\u00bb size=\u00bblg\u00bb custom_color=\u00bb#003366&#8243; css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1529958137798{margin-bottom: 0px !important;margin-left: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;border-left-width: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1591862984830{margin-bottom: 0px !important;margin-left: 2% !important;}\u00bb]NO SIEMPRE TODAS LAS ALTERNATIVAS SON CONOCIDAS: NO CONOC\u00cdA LOS SISTEMAS DE TEL\u00c9FONO WILDIX, PERO DESPU\u00c9S DE SER DOCUMENTADO, ELEG\u00cd EL SISTEMA ADECUADO.
