All\u00ed, los laboratorios especializados en cuidado de la piel y el cabello crean productos destinados a los profesionales a la belleza.<\/p>\n<p>Simone Rabaglia, System &amp; Helpdesk Manager de Davines S.p.A., explica c\u00f3mo su centralita anterior, antigua, ya no era capaz de satisfacer las necesidades de crecimiento de su empresa:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>Las funciones de nuestra centralita Panasonic se hab\u00edan quedado obsoletas: no ten\u00eda interfaz de software ni tel\u00e9fonos digitales que funcionaran con la red de telefon\u00eda. Ni siquiera la red DECT funcionaba correctamente, el sistema estaba sobrecargado: cuando varios usuarios utilizaban los tel\u00e9fonos inal\u00e1mbricos, la red DECT dejaba de funcionar.<\/i>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Davines S.p.A. decidi\u00f3 cambiar a la tecnolog\u00eda VoIP, atra\u00eddos por la posibilidad de utilizar nuevas funciones como mensajes instant\u00e1neos, videoconferencias e intercambio de archivos.<\/p>\n<p>Simone Rabaglia nos dijo: \u201c<i>Al principio pensamos en Skype Empresarial, pero no era la mejor herramienta para nosotros: era demasiado complejo, la interfaz era dif\u00edcil de manejar e instalar todos los requisitos del hardware era impensable<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>Nuestros an\u00e1lisis y valoraciones nos llevaron a elegir entre dos opciones: Cisco o Wildix. <\/i><b><i>Elegimos Wildix porque en seguida valoramos positivamente el protocolo WebRTC, que garantiza un alto grado de flexibilidad y facilidad de uso<\/i><\/b><i>. Cisco hubiera exigido una instalaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s compleja, tanto para los usuarios como para el administrador, mientras que la soluci\u00f3n Wildix inmediatamente nos pareci\u00f3 m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctica, r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil de configurar<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Simone, <b>un punto fuerte del sistema Wildix es su app m\u00f3vil para iPhone y Android: <\/b>\u201c<i>La app nos permite reducir notablemente el uso de la red DECT, cuya cobertura era nuestro principal problema. Casi todos mis compa\u00f1eros han instalado la app en su smartphone y disfrutan de una disponibilidad alt\u00edsima, pudiendo trabajar sin interrupciones: pr\u00e1cticamente todo el mundo es accesible en cualquier momento.<\/i>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Simone Rabaglia tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 muy satisfecho con el apoyo recibido durante la fase de instalaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>Recibimos una asistencia excelente por parte de Emironet, el partner Platino Wildix certificado UNICOMM.
