La centralita Alcatel del hotel hab\u00eda llegado a su fin. Fue un aut\u00e9ntico desastre.<\/p>\n<p>En estado de p\u00e1nico, la direcci\u00f3n de Le Dahu llam\u00f3 a la l\u00ednea de asistencia del distribuidor local de Alcatel. Alcatel les asegur\u00f3 que todo el sistema deb\u00eda ser reemplazado, por lo que el servicio telef\u00f3nico del hotel no funcionar\u00eda durante varios d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Frente a una situaci\u00f3n que podr\u00eda causar graves da\u00f1os a la reputaci\u00f3n del servicio que el hotel luchaba por mantener, era obligatorio encontrar una soluci\u00f3n. Se pusieron en contacto con un partner certificado Wildix. Instalaron una pasarela para redirigir las llamadas mediante una centralita virtual WGW90V conectada a los tel\u00e9fonos Wildix para la recepci\u00f3n y el back office. En pocas horas, Le Dahu estaba nuevamente online. La direcci\u00f3n pudo respirar tranquila de nuevo.<\/p>\n<p>En menos de una semana, \u00a1Le Dahu encarg\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n Wildix completa!
