Wildix is looking for a technical writer to join our Tech documentation team in Odessa. This position will require close collaboration with R&D, support and marketing departments. To apply for this position, please submit a CV and a cover letter in English.

Requirements:
- Advanced English level – C1 (both speaking and writing);
- Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner in a written form in English;
- Analytical mindset: excellent research, data mining and communication skills.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Experience in technical writing, QA or tech support;
- Technical background, experience in VoIP/ telecoms;
- Basic HTML knowledge;
- Experience with WordPress.
Responsibilities:
- Check, update and improve existing documentation;
- Write documentation on new products;
- Prepare changelogs, write technical notes;
- Test different use cases described in documentation;
- Manage GUI translations;
- Develop and manage content on the Wildix eLearning website.
