Procedure
- Check the available categories of items with corresponding third party devices
- In the WMP, place the order of the Wildix products corresponding from the available category, adding the code “TRADEIN 3PARTIES „Customer Ref number“” in the Comment Field → check the data of the customers to make sure they’re correct for the credit note release / bank transfer
- Fill in the google form when ready for the pickup
- Wildix picks up from the end customer
- Credit note directly to your end customer
