CLASSOUND NEWS THAT CAN MAKE DIFFERENCE FOR YOU
We have made several additional steps towards improvement of the CLASSOUND service, and I am pleased to announce:
1) The process of ordering the CLASSOUND service has been automated. Now it is possible to order CLASSOUND quickly and easily via WMP.

2) Who said SMSs are out-fashioned?! Customers still love them. CLASSOUND SMS capability extended worldwide. The SMS service was introduced in the US and Canada several months ago. Starting from WMS version 5.04.20211214 (currently in Beta) the outbound SMS feature becomes available for the rest of the world. 200 outgoing SMS are included in the flat fee.

3) Safety first! Wildix introduced the E911 compliance for the US: new US regulations (Ray Baum’s act) require every organisation to make sure that every 911 call conveys a dispatchable location to get an emergency responder on site as quickly as possible. Needless to say, it is extremely difficult to make sure every device conveys an accurate geographical location, provided a user can have multiple devices assigned to their account, both fixed and non-fixed.
With CLASSOUND we already got you and your customers covered. The solution for the e911 compliance is available for every Wildix device (for non-fixed devices – starting from January 2022), for every system installed in the US that has CLASSOUND service enabled. No additional configuration is required, documentation is coming by the end of December 2021.
