    Hello, and welcome to the year’s last quarterly partner huddle roundup!

    Here’s a recap of our top points from the presentation:

    • Let’s close out Q4 strong!
    • Price increases coming for CapEx, OpEx and past versions of WMS
    • WMS 6 will launch October 20

    As we said in the huddle, we know price increases are never easy to deal with. However, these increases represent the increased value Wildix solutions are bringing to your customers. Because they’re getting greater and greater benefits from the services you provide, it’s only natural for you to receive greater compensation.

    Note that price increases will begin along the following time frames: 

      • CapEx price increases will begin November 1, 2022
      • OpEx price increases will begin February 2023
    • WMS 3 and 4 Lifetime Maintenance price increases will begin January 2023

    Alongside these price increases, we will also create extra OpEx price ranges for units in ranges of 201-500, 501-1,000 and 1,001+. Licenses sold in these categories will receive an additional discount, so go out there and sell to even larger customers!

    And as another reminder, registration for the 2023 UC&C Summit is now open. The event will be held virtually on January 17, 2023, beginning at 11AM ET. As you know, the Summit isn’t just your first chance to see the latest updates to the Wildix ecosystem — it’s also your one chance to sign your yearly agreement with Wildix. Register now to make sure you’re still all set as a Wildix Partner into next year!

    We also announced several exciting product updates:

    • x-hoppers: Recording/transcription feature + integration with smart devices (coming Q4)

    • x-bees: Meetings can be scheduled directly in the tool
    • x-caracal: Custom DND/away messages available
    • CLASSOUND: DIDs can be delivered online K, France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland via the Portal (coming soon)

    Then, in other news:

    • teams4Wildix is on the official Microsoft Store
    • WMS 4 is EOL December 31 2022
    • New Vision phones shipping in US & Europe
    • DuoLED now compatible with WorkForce, WelcomeConsole & Vision/SuperVision

    Additionally, the long-anticipated Datto integration with x-bees is now complete.

    But that’s not all: We’re also launching two promos to help you close out the year with some big deals and brand recognition!

    First, the Wildix Black Friday promotion will be returning this year. From November 21 to 25, all Wildix merchandise will be available at a discounted price when ordered via the Portal. More than a quick sale, this makes a great opportunity to add Wildix branding to your office and those of your customers. Don’t miss out!

    Second, the Q4 Grand Prix will now feature two categories: the usual race among all companies, and a race between countries. On top of the usual bonuses available from the preexisting Grand Prix, the race between countries will add a $10,000 USD jackpot for the top-earning 10 countries for Q4. 

    Note that this second category is a competition between countries and not regions — the US and Canada, for example, are two different competitors. We’ll have more details coming up soon, but for now, let this be still another reason to sign more deals before the year is done.

    And speaking of the Grand Prix, let’s congratulate the top performers from Q3: way to go, everyone!
