Kuando Busylight UC is a USB device which uses a multi color LED light to provide real-time presence status information to your colleagues.
It is available in two different models:
- Alpha – with a smart click ON/OFF system for monitors/ laptops
- Omega – with a bigger light for cubicles etc.

INTEGRATION WITH WILDIX
Kuando Busylight UC has plug&play compatibility with Wildix Collaboration—a web-based tool that enables simple, instant and secure communication between the employees from different offices of the company, from any location and using any device.
Thanks to the visual presence status indicator designed by Plenom, everyone in the office can see immediately, whether a colleague is available for a conversation, busy on the phone, or does not want to be disturbed.

CASE STUDY: VALORE BF
Valore BF is a single point of contact for technology for companies, providing consulting and operational support in various ICT areas.
With the opening of the new office in Gallarate, which includes large open spaces, BF has introduced Kuando devices, to facilitate interaction between colleagues and optimize productivity.
CASE STUDY: SWOOP
SWOOP is a Dutch company which gives a second life to iPhones, iPads, Samsung smartphones, Macbooks and other electronic devices.
The company has an ecommerce website where it sells refurbished devices, that is, a used device is inspected, disassembled, tested, some parts are replaced if necessary, and then the device is resold.
Pluscloud, a Wildix Partner in the Netherlands, has installed the Wildix Cloud system integrated with Kuando Busylight of Plenom.
Renata Kuijpers, a customer service agent, says it was very easy for her and her co-workers to start using Kuando Busylight integrated with Wildix system.
Previously they were more prone to unwanted interruptions, since they could not see right away whether their colleagues, working in the same office, were busy on the phone.
“Now it’s really easy to see the agent’s status. In the past we used to talk to each other and we didn’t see if that person was busy on the phone, talking to a customer”, explains Renata Kuijpers, “We are happy to have these lights right now”.
