Right now, we’re in a situation where a portion of our staff is not in the office, so being able to answer an email from them and say ‘download this app and sign in, I’ll change your settings and your phone will work just like you’re at your desk.’ That’s not something we thought we would use a ton of, but it turns out, it was a really great thing to have.
Before using Wildix we were losing about 10-15 % of calls from existing and potential customers. Thanks to the new communication system, we started looking closer at the data, we’ve identified where we’re failing, and have seen the profit increase of about 10% in the last 4 months since introducing Wildix thanks to our communications advisors at Channel Comms Ltd.
We needed a UC solution that would allow us to connect all of the group’s domestic and foreign offices and ensure management ease and speed of implementation. When we brought the Wildix solution into production we were convinced that we had achieved what we needed: centralisation of the VOIP service, flexibility in the management of activations, ease of use and portability of the telephone number to the PC/mobile phone.
We feel that we are privileged because we ended up with a complete solution that meets our demands. Wildix has enabled us to develop our product by integrating videoconferencing, but also to take a new turn thanks to the integration of screen sharing.
We have evaluated other solutions, but in the end, the presentation of Wildix convinced us. We soon realized that it was the perfect solution for our needs. We are very pleased with the choice.
When we changed our communications system, the improvement was noticeable in every aspect of our business. I would recommend this platform to any business that offers technical support, a contact center and even internal and external communications.
We had long-term plans to look at work from home for certain situations, but then when the Corona virus hit, we ended up having to immediately implement that with a number of offices here in the courthouse. If we didn’t have the [Wildix] phone system, that probably wouldn’t have been able to happen.
